Crisphive Is Live in the Claude Connectors Directory — Talk to Your Dispatch Board
Crisphive's MCP server is now listed in the Claude connectors directory. Connect it in two clicks and your dispatch board answers in plain English — booking, rescheduling and work orders included.

When an emergency job comes in at 3:15 p.m., a dispatcher usually opens three browser tabs: the route map, the technician skill matrix, and the current schedule. You cross-reference who holds the required certification, who is within a twenty-minute drive, and whose afternoon schedule has enough padding to absorb a two-hour repair without breaching an SLA window.
Now, you can type that query directly into Claude. Crisphive is listed as a Community connector in the Claude connectors directory for web and desktop. Instead of manually cross-referencing technician rosters and service areas, you can query your live schedule using natural language. Try prompts like these during your next afternoon shuffle:
"Find the earliest slot for a boiler repair in the north territory tomorrow."
"Check who has high-voltage certification near the industrial park for a 2 p.m. call."
"List all unassigned emergency jobs due before noon and check technician availability."
What you can do from Claude
Connecting Claude to your operations opens up direct interaction with 43 underlying tools. You are not asking an language model to guess at a calendar; you are querying a deterministic engine that holds your exact operational rules.
Job booking and appointment scheduling
When a customer calls to request work, Claude can query open time slots that match your service area boundaries and job durations.
Prompt: "Show available two-hour arrival windows for a heating system inspection in the eastern service area on Thursday."
Work-order tracking and dispatch availability
Instead of clicking through individual technician logs to find out who is running ahead or behind, ask for a real-time status summary across your team.
Prompt: "Which technicians in the south zone are currently on break or between jobs?"
Crew rosters, skills, and territory management
Matching required qualifications to a job used to require opening individual employee profiles. You can check skill matrices and service area boundaries instantly.
Prompt: "List all active crews with commercial plumbing certifications working in territory three this week."
Fleet management and service catalogs
Review vehicle allocations or verify service line details before confirming complex quotes with a customer.
Prompt: "Which service vehicles assigned to the central branch have active heavy-equipment capacity for tomorrow's shift?"
How to connect in two minutes
Setting up the connection requires no local setup or custom code. The connector runs as a hosted remote server.
Open the connectors directory in your Claude web or desktop application.
Search for Crisphive and add it as a Community connector using the remote server address https://api.crisphive.com/mcp.
Authorize your account using your Crisphive credentials to grant access to your workspace.

Why we built this as MCP
We built this connection using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard designed to connect AI assistants safely to enterprise data sources. Because MCP is open, the exact same hosted server works whether your team interacts with Claude, ChatGPT, or custom internal AI agents. You can learn more about our standard implementation at our MCP documentation or view our ChatGPT guide.
A note on names
Crisphive is an independent platform for field operations scheduling and dispatching; we are completely unrelated to Crisp (customer support messaging) or Krisp (audio noise cancellation). Our MCP server provides deterministic scheduling tools for field operations teams, not support chat or noise suppression.
Frequently asked questions
Is using the MCP connector free?
MCP calls are never billed separately; access is included on every Crisphive plan and the free developer sandbox.
There are no per-query fees or extra add-ons required to use the connector.
Do I need to install anything on local computers?
No. The server is fully hosted and remote at https://api.crisphive.com/mcp. There are no local scripts, background services, or browser extensions to install or update.
How does the system handle complex dispatch logic and sudden mid-day changes?
Every tool queried through Claude respects the exact same hard constraints as your live dispatch board: required skills, certifications, service territories, working hours, time off, and protected breaks. When an urgent call requires inserting a job mid-day, our deterministic solver rebuilds the entire schedule in under 3 seconds, shifting subsequent jobs downstream without violating worker constraints or shift limits.
Is my data safe when connecting an AI agent?
AI agents only access the specific tools and data scopes you explicitly authorize during setup. The agent acts as an interface to query your workspace rules—it never stores your data externally or uses your schedule history to train models. For complete security details, review our MCP security documentation.
To start testing queries without affecting live schedules, try the connector inside our free developer sandbox, or request a free operational audit to see how deterministic scheduling fits your workspace.
