What does it cost to join the partner program?
Nothing. Registered level is free with no minimum: contact the partner team to get started, and benefits unlock as you add clients. You get the partner portal, deal registration, free certification, training and a fully-loaded demo tenant. No upfront fee, no quota.
Which partner track is right for me?
Affiliate & Referral is for consultants, voice-agent agencies and advisors who make warm introductions — we close, bill and support, and you earn a recurring share. Solutions Partner is for agencies and MSPs who sell and support under their own brand at a wholesale margin. Technology & OEM is for platforms embedding the scheduling engine, billed per job through the API.
How and when do partners get paid?
Referral partners are paid monthly once the balance passes US$25, on a 90-day cookie. Choose 30% of year-one revenue stepping to 10–12% in year two, or a flat 20% for the life of the client. A US$150 bonus is paid when a referred Free client upgrades to any paid plan. Solutions partners keep their wholesale margin for as long as the client stays, plus 100% of their own services revenue.
What if my client stays on the Free plan?
The Free plan covers 300 optimized jobs a month, so some small teams never need to upgrade. If they do — at any point — you receive the US$150 upgrade bonus and your referral share starts from that month.
Does deal registration protect my pipeline?
Yes. Deal registration is included from the Registered level and the protection window extends to 120 days at Certified, so a deal you source stays yours while it works through the pipeline.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. Solutions partners package and resell Crisphive at their own price — including their own markup on per-job overage — and keep the difference as margin. Technology & OEM partners embed the scheduling engine directly, with OEM terms, regional hosting and isolated environments available at Enterprise.
What happens if I miss a level's target?
Levels are reviewed quarterly and every review carries a 90-day cure period. Rates you have already earned on existing clients never drop retroactively — a slow quarter costs you the next tier, not the book of business you built.
