Pricing FAQ

What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
You'll get reminders at day 20 and day 27. If you add a card or pick a plan, you continue without interruption. If you don't, you land softly on the Free plan — your data, routes, and reports stay intact and readable; you just drop to Free-tier limits. Nothing is deleted, and no schedule is frozen mid-week.
What exactly counts as an "optimized job"?
One unique visit successfully placed on an optimized route in a billing month. Re-optimizing it, editing it, cascading it after a delay, or cancelling it never counts again. Failed and preview optimizations are free. Sandbox traffic is always free.
What happens when I hit my job cap?
Nothing dramatic — you'll have seen alerts at 70% and 85% first. On Free, jobs past 300 can still be created and scheduled manually; they just aren't auto-optimized. On paid plans, jobs keep optimizing at a small transparent per-job rate, and we flag the moment upgrading is cheaper.
Do I pay for dispatchers or office staff?
No. Read-only seats are unlimited on every plan and dispatcher seats are included per tier. You pay for the platform and the jobs it optimizes — not for people looking at a screen.
Is the developer sandbox really unlimited?
Yes. The developer sandbox has no job limits, no expiry, and no credit card requirement — schedule ten thousand synthetic jobs at 2 a.m. if you like. It's rate-limited for abuse protection, not usage-limited.
Does the MCP server cost extra?
No. MCP access is included on every plan. It's a way to reach Crisphive, not a separate product — a job scheduled through MCP is billed identically to one scheduled through the REST API or SDKs.
