How fast will I get a response?
Phone support is live Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm ET. Emails to support@crisphive.com are answered within 24 hours — faster on higher plans, where response-time SLAs go down to 4 hours and 1 hour.
How do I get help setting up my team?
Every plan includes onboarding: self-service guides on Start Scaling, guided setup on Scale Faster, and white-glove onboarding for Enterprise. Call us or send a message and we'll point you to the right path for your team size.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time. Email support@crisphive.com from your account email and we'll take care of it, usually within one business day.
Something urgent broke mid-day. What do I do?
Call 613 696 5858 during business hours for the fastest help. Outside of hours, email us or send a message through the contact form — we'll flag your case so it's first in line the next morning.
Do you support teams outside Canada?
Yes. Crisphive works anywhere Google Maps does. Support is available in multiple languages, and our routing engine handles metric and imperial units automatically.
