Delete your Crisphive account
Last updated: August 26, 2026
You can delete your Crisphive business account at any time, from inside the app. This page explains who can delete an account, what deletion removes, what we keep and for how long, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
If you can sign in
Deleting takes about a minute, and only the account owner can do it.
- Sign in at crisphive.com and open Settings.
- Go to Business, then Business Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Read what is removed, choose a reason, then type your business name and the word DELETE to confirm.
Deletion takes effect the moment you confirm. There is no cancel step, so only do this if you are certain.
Sign in to delete your accountIf you cannot sign in
Email support@crisphive.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will check that you are the owner before deleting anything, and confirm by email once it is done. You do not need to install or reinstall the app.
Email support@crisphive.comWho can delete the account
Only the owner of a business, and only while their membership is active. A suspended or removed owner cannot delete the account. Administrators, technicians and other team members cannot — ask your owner, or email support and we will help.
Deleting the business account deletes it for everyone on the team, not just for you.
What deletion removes
The moment deletion succeeds:
- The business disappears from every screen and every API, so nobody on the team can reach it.
- Everyone is signed out on every device, in both live and sandbox mode, including you.
- Every API key is revoked, and every integration and connected app stops working.
- Every owner and administrator is emailed a record of who deleted the account, why, and until when it can be restored.
What we keep, and why
Deleting removes the account from the service. It does not immediately erase the underlying records. Your data is moved to a closed state that nobody using Crisphive can reach, and kept in identifiable form for 30 days so we can settle billing and payment disputes, investigate fraud and abuse, and answer lawful requests from courts and regulators. That is also what makes a restore possible.
At the end of the 30 days the data enters the anonymization stage of our Data Deletion Policy. The anonymized data is kept for a further 335 days for statistics and compliance, and purged one year after deletion. Our Data Deletion Policy sets out the full timeline. Read the Data Deletion Policy
Changed your mind?
For 30 days after deletion you can ask us to restore the account. Email support@crisphive.com from an address that was an owner or administrator on it, and we will verify the request before restoring anything. Restoration is possible only inside that 30-day window. At the end of it a restore is no longer available, and the data enters the anonymization stage of our Data Deletion Policy.
The exact restore deadline is shown to you when you delete, and repeated in the confirmation email.
Data-protection requests
If you are asking us to erase your personal data under a data-protection law such as the GDPR, or under a U.S. state privacy law, say so in your email. Where no overriding legal ground for keeping it applies, we will act on the timeline the law requires rather than the one above.
