Crisphive

Works with n8n

n8n

A job gets confirmed in Crisphive — your n8n workflow already runs.

Two verified n8n nodes: Crisphive Trigger starts a workflow on job and customer events, and Crisphive books jobs, finds customers and more — on n8n Cloud or self-hosted, and as tools for n8n AI Agents.

Three workflows teams build first

job_request.confirmedEmail

Job confirmed → email the office

Technician, window and address land in the dispatcher’s inbox the moment the solver confirms.

job_request.completedSMS

Job completed → send the review request

When the technician closes the job, the customer gets your review link from the tool you already use.

AI AgentBook Job

AI Agent → book a job

Give an n8n AI Agent the Crisphive node as a tool and it can find the customer and book a real slot from an email or a chat.

Two nodes, one integration

n8n lists the integration as two nodes. Crisphive Trigger starts the workflow; Crisphive does the work.

Connect in five steps

Test with a Rehearsal job. Nothing reaches a real customer until you publish on a live key.

  1. 1

Create an API key in Crisphive (Rehearsal first).

  2. 2

In n8n, add the Crisphive credential — API key and base URL.

  3. 3

Add the Crisphive Trigger node, pick “Job Confirmed”, turn on Fetch Full Job.

  4. 4

Add your action — Gmail, Slack, Sheets, your CRM — or the Crisphive node to book a job.

  5. 5

Test the trigger with a Rehearsal job, then publish the workflow.

  • Signed webhooks with replay and an event log.

  • Fires at the moment of the event — no polling.

  • Rehearsal first — nothing reaches a real customer.

Questions

Which n8n nodes does Crisphive ship?
Two, both verified by n8n: Crisphive Trigger (starts a workflow on job and customer events) and Crisphive (actions such as Book and Confirm Job, Create Customer, Find Customer by Phone, Get Job, List Job Types). One-click install on n8n Cloud, Community Nodes on self-hosted.
Which events can trigger a workflow?
Fourteen — every job event (created, confirmed, assigned, completed, rescheduled, archived, status and priority changed) plus customer and technician created, updated and deleted.
Can a workflow book a job?
Yes. Book and Confirm Job and Find or Create Customer are node actions, and an idempotency key means a retried run never books twice.
Does Crisphive do invoicing or inventory?
No — your workflow hands the event to the tool that does. Crisphive owns the schedule; QuickBooks, your CRM or your sheet own the rest.
Is Live mode different from Rehearsal?
Same triggers, same actions. Rehearsal fires on sample data with a chsk_test_ key; Live fires on your real board with your live key.
